The Pokegama Lake Cottage is just 15 minutes away from Ruttger’s Sugar Lake Lodge where you are free to use all the resort has to offer, pool, swimming beach, marina, restaurants, golf course, and much more. Sugar Lake has 26 feet of aquamarine clarity and is a great fishing lake.
The cottage is 50' from the water’s edge of Pokegama lake with a spectacular view to the southwest. It overlooks a couple of uninhabited islands and has a spectacular woods & water view. This recently updated cottage has all the amenities of a home with the charm of a Northern Minnesota Cottage.
The town of Grand Rapids, is 5 miles away with unique shopping, several restaurants, the Myles Reif Performing Arts Center, and there is an additional golf course just 3 miles away by car and 1 mile away by boat.
Pokegama Lake is the premier recreation lake in the area with water clarity of 20 feet. It is ideal for cruising, water skiing, jet skiing or just relaxing on the water.

The master bedroom features a dramatic vaulted ceiling with classic up north knotty pine tongue and groove. Dormers give way to fantastic southwestern views of Pokegama Lake.
Connected to the cottage via a deck system, sits a charming bunkhouse. Your guests will appreciate having their own space with plenty of room including a sleeping loft and living room overlooking the lake. Directly below is a two-stall garage to house all of your water toys.
The kitchen is made for functionality with a built in breakfast bar and an herb garden underneath the window.
